Course Information

Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section. This section is updated regularly to answer new questions we receive.

When is my course available to me?

Once you have purchased a course, it is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your course begins at the time you register and enter your credit card information, or the day your check is received Courses can be taken up to 3 months.

How long are the courses?

The length of each course varies on many outside factors, including Internet traffic and modem connection rate, which will contribute to the speed at which a course will play. Course times may vary according to the subject matter and content and the speed at which you comprehend the material.

Average courses may take from 20 minutes to an hour. This would include; viewing all topics, completing all inter-actives, practice exercises and taking all quizzes and exams. If you are unable to complete the course due to an interruption, you can return at any time to complete the course. Just remember your user name and password.

If you complete the course and would like to improve your grade you may take the course as many times as you like until you reach the 80% test score.

No, the courses function independently of any software programs. You will need a recent Microsoft internet browser 5.0 and higher. You can download Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (click here).

Do you offer certificate of completions or certifications?
