Registration & IDs
Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section. This section is updated regularly to answer new questions we receive.
How do I select my username and password?
Your username and password need to each be one string of characters of any alphanumeric combination. You create your own username and password, just make sure it is one that you can easily remember and won't be easy for others to figure out!
What should I do if I forget my username or password?
Contact the system administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I want to change my password. How can I do this?
After logging into the site, click on the tools button of your navigator page. You can select the Run Wizards section and select the Change My Password Wizard. You may choose to change your password or update your personal information.
I am trying to register as a new user, and I receive the error message, "Error registering this customer; Please try another username." What should I do?
When this occurs, you must do the following:
- Select "Back" on your browser to return to the registration page. Choose another user name, or consider adding numbers to the user name you originally selected (ex. Instead of Zsmith, try Zsmith01).
- You can now login with your NEW username and password.
Why did I receive the error message, "Passwords are not the same"?
When completing the registration form, you must key in the same password twice. If you receive an error message, simply hit "Back" on your browser and carefully re-enter the information. Be sure all fields are filled in before clicking the submit button again. Be careful using spaces and capital letters.
Why am I unable to save my username and password so I don't have to enter it each time?
For security, we ask you to submit the username and password each time.
