She is a Principal in Ageless Excellence,
a partnership providing programs that assist senior living
residents and staff members in finding and sustaining their
source of happiness. Problem solving and change implementation
then occur naturally as a result of the stakeholders’
enhanced sense of well-being. Her current work is the culmination
of over two decades in the industry, during which she addressed
the issues of resident and staff satisfaction from an operations
and facility-based perspective, with an emphasis on dining
services and activity programming.
Holding corporate positions from Director of Dining Services
to Vice President of Operations, Emily enjoys breaking down
seemingly complex operational strategies into their foundational
roots - roots that are grounded in basic human desires and
